After being born and raised in Oakland California, Terance came to Fresno in 1987 to
attend Fresno State University. Combining his Bachelors Degree in Business and
extensive background in Real Estate, he formed his own company - Frazier Realty in
1995, which includes:
In addition to his Business and being a married father of five children, Terance is
actively involved in the Community and in Sports. He was voted "Outstanding
Baseball Player" in 1992 at Fresno State, has played for the Oakland A's, and has
coached various high school all-star teams since then. On behalf of his philanthropic
efforts, 1/7/2005 was officially named "Frazier Realty and Investments Day" by
Fresno Mayor Alan Autry.
He is also a member of:

Steve Hosey also migrated to Fresno from the Bay Area to attend Fresno State
University where he majored in Business Real Estate. A long time team mate of Terance
Frazier on the Baseball Field, it just made sense to team up again to Incorporate Frazier
Realty & Investments in 2002. As Steve took over half ownership and Broker
Responsibilities, Steve is active in the day to day activities of the Brokerage and is also
involved in other aspects of the company, including:
